Why Should I Subscribe?

Scrapbooking Daily will be providing product reviews, scrapbooking news, tips, techniques and more. Probably most important will be the monthly contests! Do you want to receive all of the new articles automatically? You can do that by subscribing.

You do not have to worry about visiting the blog every day to check what I post. Also, if your bookmarks list looks anything like mine then there is a possibility this blog will get lost! Subscribing will be a convenient way for you to stay informed meaning it will afford you more time to Scrapbook!

There are two main ways of subscribing to this blog:
1. Web Feed Subscriptions. New articles will be sent to a web feed reader.
2. Email Subscriptions. New articles will be sent directly to your email inbox.

What is a ‘Web Feed Reader’ and how is it used?

Web feeds allow you to keep up to date with content on blogs and other websites you enjoy and have them all in one place. When you “subscribe” to a web feed, the feed reader will check the website you subscribe to for new content. If there are any new articles, they will be displayed within the reader itself.

It’s just an easy 3 step process:
1. Click the Subscribe via RSS button.
2. Choose a reader you prefer to use from the list. (I prefer Google Reader or Bloglines)
3. Bookmark your reader and check it on a regular basis! I add my feeds to my iGoogle homepage and I also use Viigo on my Blackberry.

What is with the Subscribe via Email button?

If you do not want to use a Feed Reader there is an option to receive the updates directly to your inbox.

You’ll only receive one email every day regardless of the number of articles published. So you do not have to worry about being overwhelmed with emails! If you choose to unsubscribe, which I hope you don’t, you can unsubscribe by clicking a link at the bottom of every email update you receive!
